Healthful is renowned for nurturing women who are feeling burnt out, exhausted and impacted by changing hormones
We empower women to take control of their health and return balance to their overall being. Through complementary health and wellness therapies, services, events, workshops and ongoing education, Healthful was founded to support South Australian women to support their health, guiding them to become realigned with their feminine strength and regain their health and vitality.

Healthful has grown over the last 16 years to offer Naturopathy, Acupuncture, CranioSacral, Massage, and an infrared sauna. We also have a growing retail shop to support our community with their wellness journey. 

We welcome all genders and enjoy supporting anyone on their healing journey.
