Hi, I ordered customized sofa from SAN Furniture. The sales person kept giving false promises that sofa would be delivered on time. Then twice he changed the fabric, said the fabric we selected is not available. Then he said some issue at factory, some technical issue and kept giving excuses. They are not reliable They ask for 80% advance and then take customer for ransom to pay balance before delivery, else the don't deliver. Overall had worst experience dealing with them. I would suggest never pay advance to them else you would be left to their mercy and they lie. I found them cheaters. Entire team is same. Be careful before you deal with SAN Furniture / Shams Al Nabaa Furniture. Bushra Khan was too rude.
