Hello! I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with three years of training. Having conducted 1500+ clinical hours under supervision, I help clients develop healthy and holistic ways of living.\n\nA few years ago, I was working as a Team Lead at a high-tech engineering company. However, I realized that my passion lay in deeply understanding how, myself, and people around me felt. In seeing the lack of support for mental health in Pakistan, I felt that counselling was my calling.\n\nIn addition to one-on-one counselling, I am also working with a Sleep Clinic in the United States. We plan appropriate interventions and help people suffering from insomnia.\n\nI remain abreast of new developments in the mental health field. Additionally, I regularly attend relevant courses, seminars and conferences throughout the year.
