NTD Psychology & Consulting

NTD Psychology is a clinical psychology and mental health counselling practice based in Penrith, serving adults across Western Sydney. Founded and led by Nadine — a registered psychologist and board-approved clinical supervisor — the practice brings over 25 years of hands-on experience to every client relationship. Unlike one-size-fits-all therapy, NTD Psychology takes a highly personalised approach. Consultations begin with an in-depth 90-minute session that explores a client's therapeutic history, identifies what has and hasn't worked before, and builds a treatment plan grounded in both evidence-based practice and real clinical intuition. Nadine personally answers enquiry calls, ensuring clients can make an informed decision before committing to an appointment. The practice specialises in anxiety (including generalised anxiety, phobias, and panic), depression (including perinatal presentations), couples and relationship counselling, workplace stress, and life stage transitions such as perinatal mental health and menopause. Sessions are tailored for adults — typically in their late twenties through mid-forties — who are ready for deeper therapeutic work and lasting change, not just symptom management. NTD Psychology offers both in-person sessions at its Penrith location and telehealth appointments, with flexible evening and weekend scheduling to accommodate busy professionals. The practice is PACFA-aligned and upholds the highest standards of clinical care, combining decades of experience with ongoing professional development through board-approved supervisory responsibilities. For Western Sydney residents who have felt unheard or underserved by previous therapy, NTD Psychology offers a fresh start — thoughtful, non-judgmental support designed to take clients from merely surviving to feeling confident, resilient, and back in control.
