Fostering Change Counselling

Fostering Change Counselling is a client-centred practice focused on helping you develop wellbeing, build resilience, and create a more positive approach to life. Led by qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and mental health practitioner Francisco Romero (fluent in English and Spanish), sessions are collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your goals—welcoming people of all backgrounds, cultures, spirituality, sexuality, and abilities. Counselling is offered primarily online via video-conference, with options for one-on-one and group sessions. Support is available for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, communication issues, grief and bereavement (including male bereavement groups), low self-esteem, mental health issues, and addiction behaviours (AOD). Your therapy may integrate evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Creative Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and DBT, based on what best supports you. The first appointment is an introductory session covering consent, confidentiality, disclosure obligations, and what you’d like to achieve moving forward. If you’re ready to take the next step, book online and get started with Fostering Change Counselling today.
