I provide high quality psychological assessment and talking therapy to adults (aged 18+) suffering from depression, anxiety and trauma (including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) as well as a range of other problems. I aim to help you get better and stay better for longer. Within my therapy sessions, I offer a confidential space to explore your difficulties & make sense of them so that you can learn new skills and begin to make changes in the areas that are important to you.
