What to Look For in a Warehousing Partner

Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Warehouse
Ask potential partners about order accuracy rates, receiving times, and how quickly orders ship after they are placed. Find out how inventory is tracked and whether you will have real-time access to stock levels. Clarify pricing for storage, handling, pick and pack, and special projects, and ask how rates change during peak season. Touring the facility in person gives valuable insight into cleanliness, organization, and safety practices. A strong warehouse partner will welcome these questions and provide clear, measurable commitments in writing.
